CrossFit Schedule


All CrossFit classes are led by Certified CrossFit trainers. Each class's WOD (Workout of the Day) can be scaled a number of ways to help you meet your fitness goals. Our classes end with an optional ROMWOD (Range of Motion Workout of the Day), yoga-like stretching to optimize your range of motion, increase athletic performance, and promote recovery.

Mon-Fri

5 a.m. to 6 a.m.
6 a.m. to 7 a.m.
7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday

7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Sunday

8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
