CrossFit Schedule

All CrossFit classes are led by Certified CrossFit trainers. Each class's WOD (Workout of the Day) can be scaled a number of ways to help you meet your fitness goals. Our classes end with an instructor-led cool down and stretch to optimize your range of motion, increase athletic performance, and promote recovery.
