Morgan has played sports the majority of her life. After she finished playing volleyball in college, she found herself missing the group/team atmosphere it provided and needed help motivating herself to stay active. She tried CrossFit for the first time in 2014. Morgan loved CrossFit's "technical movements", and was eager to challenge herself to learn them in a group setting.
Morgan wants to see athletes challenge themselves and give their all. As a coach, she loves seeing athletes advance after their hard work and patience.
